Tuition Assistance Program

Tuition assistance grants are need-based financial aid that are administered and funded by Calvary Academy. An independent organization, FACTS, processes applications for our applying families to assess their level of need. All personal and financial information is kept strictly confidential and secure. You will be charged a nonrefundable $40 fee per family by FACTS. The application opens May 1st, 2025. The deadline for current families is June 15, 2025. Families must be enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year in order to apply for the Tuition Assistance Program.
FACTS calculates several factors in determining family need including income expenses, assets, family size, and the number of children attending Calvary Academy.
How is aid awarded?
Once the FACTS application and all supporting documents are submitted, FACTS will process the application and provide Calvary Academy with a report recommending an award amount. The Financial Aid Committee will take into consideration the FACTS recommendation and extenuating circumstances as provided by the family on the application.
Once the committee determines the award amount, Calvary Academy will contact the family advising them of their financial aid for the 2025-2026 school year. For new students, financial aid awards will be distributed only after the student has completed the admissions process and been accepted to Calvary Academy. Financial aid awards are good for one school year only. All returning and new families who would like to be considered for financial aid must complete a financial aid application each school year.
