Our Admissions Process


Thank you for your interest in Calvary! Our Admissions process is the first step to building a trusting relationship with our families. We want to make sure you have all the information you need. Take a look at our process below. We can't wait to connect with you!

We know there's nothing like seeing your child's future in person here at Calvary. We invite you to visit during Open House or Personal Tour.

We understand that every family’s situation is unique, and you may have specific questions about how Calvary can support your child. We are here to help. Simply click on the button to email us directly, and we’ll provide the information and guidance you need to move forward with confidence.

APPLY

Submit a completed application, required records, and the non refundable registration fee to the school office. We will contact you to schedule a family interview and your child's testing date with our Administrative Team. A decision will be made about your child's acceptance and further information will be provided. 

Kindergarten: 

Students must be 5 years old by September 1st of the current school year.

Students entering kindergarten must take a readiness assessment test as part of the application process.

 

Grades 1-6:

Documentation must be provided of successful completion of the previous grade. This includes:

  • A copy of the most recent report card/transcript from the previous school.

  • A copy of the most recent test scores from the previous school.

Testing is required for all students seeking admission to 1st-6th grade. Testing will be administered by Calvary personnel.
