Applying to Calvary Academy
Thank you for your interest in applying to Calvary Academy! By choosing Calvary Academy, you are choosing a community of believers who are dedicated to see your child succeed academically and spiritually.
This checklist will assist you in the application processes for Calvary Academy.
Call the school office to see if space is available in the grade(s) you are interested in.
Bring in a copy of your child's previous test scores from former school. (Testing will be required for grades 1st - 6th and will be conducted at Calvary Academy. A readiness assessment test will be given to every child entering kindergarten).
Bring in a copy of your child's recent report card/transcript from former school.
If interested in our 7th grade, your child will need to have completed a year of formal Spanish 1. Testing will also be required for entry into this grade level.
Age Requirements
Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by September 1st of that school year
Grades 1-7: Student must show documentation of successfully passing the previous grade.
